Z amp Privacy Policy

Z amp is provided by Zestech. We attach great importance to user privacy protection. This Privacy Policy explains our data collection, usage and protection rules when you use the "Z amp" App. This App does not support account registration or login, and will not collect personally identifiable information such as phone number, nickname or avatar. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
1. What information we collect
This App does not have a user account system and will not actively collect personally identifiable information. Only when you use hardware-related functions and exception reporting, partial device?related information will be generated. All information is only used to ensure normal App operation, BLE peripheral connection, BLE-OTA firmware upgrade and program issue troubleshooting.
1.1 BLE Bluetooth permissions and related information
To scan, discover and connect BLE Bluetooth hardware devices, and perform device OTA firmware upgrade, the App requires you to grant Bluetooth permission:
After authorization, the App scans surrounding BLE broadcast packets and obtains BLE device MAC address, hardware identifier and firmware version number.
Such information is only used for: discovering your hardware device, establishing Bluetooth communication, verifying firmware version, delivering OTA upgrade packages, monitoring upgrade progress and troubleshooting upgrade failures.
Background continuous Bluetooth scanning will not be performed. Scanning only occurs when you actively enable Bluetooth?related functions. No personal identity information of your mobile phone will be uploaded or stored.
If you deny Bluetooth permission, Bluetooth connection and device OTA firmware upgrade functions will be unavailable.
1.2 Bugly SDK (Third-party exception reporting)
This App integrates Tencent Bugly SDK to collect App crash and exception logs for locating bugs and improving App stability.
Collected content: App crash stack traces, runtime logs, device type, system version, network status and anonymous device identifier.
Bugly will not obtain your name, phone number or other personal identity information.

This App does NOT integrate Umeng, MobTech SMS SDK. There is no registration or login. It does not collect phone number, contacts, album data, location, installed application list, SIM information, IMSI, Android_ID or other sensitive personal information.
1.3 Local temporary data
The App locally stores Bluetooth device connection records and firmware upgrade status records on your device only. These data will not be uploaded to servers. All local data will be cleared after App uninstallation.
2. How we use information
We only use obtained information for the following purposes:
Scan, pair and connect BLE Bluetooth hardware devices;
Perform device OTA firmware upgrade, verify firmware version and report upgrade status;
Collect crash logs via Bugly to analyze and fix App exceptions and improve software stability;
No user profiling or advertisement delivery. We will not sell or disclose data to third parties;
Bluetooth device information shall only be used for hardware communication and shall not be used for other purposes.
There is no account system, so there are no registration, login or account cancellation procedures.
3. Data storage and security
Most Bluetooth?related information is used in memory during App runtime. Connection records are saved locally on your device only and are not uploaded to cloud servers.
Exception logs reported to Bugly are securely stored by Tencent Bugly in accordance with its privacy policy.
Zestech adopts reasonable technical measures to protect App runtime data. Please note that absolute security cannot be guaranteed under internet environment.
4. Information sharing and disclosure
Except necessary information reported by Bugly SDK for crash reporting, Zestech will not share any of your information with third parties.
We will not sell or exchange any user data.
Data will only be provided when legally requested by judicial authorities.
5. User rights
You may disable Bluetooth permission for this App in system settings. Bluetooth and OTA upgrade functions will stop working after disabling.
Uninstalling the App will erase all local cached data.

6. Minor use
This application is suitable for all age groups. Minors shall use it under guardian supervision.
7. Privacy policy updates
Zestech may update this Privacy Policy. Updated version will be displayed together with App updates. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people��s court at Zestech’s location.
