A CarPlay AI Box plugs into your car’s factory CarPlay USB port. The factory screen keeps its original look and buttons, but everything shown on it now runs on the box’s own Android system — Google Play, YouTube, Google Maps, split-screen apps, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto — with no modification to the original car system. Because the box carries the entire computing platform, the chipset and OS inside it decide everything: speed, network, video quality and how many years of app updates the product can survive.
